Alder's Shipping Policy

The brand ships only to the U.S and Canada at the moment, but plans to expand internationally as it grows. Orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping, and changes to orders cannot be made after they have been confirmed. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the brand will not cover any duties, customs, or additional fees associated with purchasing, returning or exchanging garments.

Alder's Return Policy

Alder offers a hassle-free return policy for their customers. Items can be returned within 45 days of purchase and exchanged within 60 days of purchase. The company provides a pre-paid return label to cover the cost of the return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered with all original packaging, including tags and dust bags. Accessories such as hats, water bottles, totes, and notebooks are final sale, as well as items purchased at the ReCrate Market or through the Take a Hike sales. If a customer purchased Alder garments from a retailer other than alderapparel.com, they must contact that retailer for return and exchange instructions. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the company will not cover any duties or customs associated with returning or exchanging a garment.
