Roam is a brand that currently delivers to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland. They use neutral packaging to ensure that deliveries are discreet. Orders are dispatched every day (Monday - Friday) at 3pm. If an order is placed before 3pm, the items should be received within 48 hours, and if placed after 3pm, the items should be received within 72 hours.

Roam offers a return or exchange on any unopened products within 7 days of the order being placed, as long as the tamper-proofing on the products is still intact when received back at the warehouse. Customers must make Roam aware of their desire to return or exchange the product before sending it back. Refunds on unused items will be processed in a maximum of 5 working days after receipt of the product at the warehouse, provided it meets the aforementioned criteria. Roam does not provide refunds on used items.
