Free economy shipping is available for orders over $250 shipping within the continental US. The brand ships via Fedex, UPS, and USPS. Replacement parts are available for purchase, but accidental damage caused by mishandling, wind or mold damage, or lost parts are not covered by the warranty policy. The Get Out is able to ship to most countries, with shipping rates showing at checkout when selecting the ship to country. Customs fees, duties, and taxes associated with the order are not covered by The Get Out.

The Get Out accepts returns of products that are new and in their original packaging up to 45 days from the date of purchase for a refund. However, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. It is important to note that any items that are not in their original packaging or have been used cannot be returned.
