RIND Snacks offers shipping to all 50 U.S. states using a variety of third-party common carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, OnTrac, and USPS. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or over a major holiday weekend may take longer to be delivered, and RIND Snacks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, information errors, changes to orders, or severe weather. Free shipping is available for all orders in the continental U.S. over $40.00 after any promotions are applied, while a $27.99 flat fee pricing is offered for all orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Most orders ship within 2-4 business days, but fulfillment and delivery may take up to 5-7 business days depending on inventory and/or weather delays. International shipping may not be available for all items, and standard shipping rates apply to items shipped within the U.S., including free shipping on qualifying orders. The carrier, ship date, and estimated delivery date for a package can be found in the shipment confirmation email.

RIND Snacks's Return Policy

RIND Snacks has a 30-day return policy. If the item purchased is unopened and in the same condition it was received, and in the original packaging, it is eligible for a return. To initiate a return, customers must send an email to support@whitebox.co to receive a return shipping label and RMA. Once the return is received, inspected, and processed, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. If the return does not meet the requirements, a refund will not be issued.
