Wonder Monday's Shipping Policy

Wonder Monday takes pride in delivering their cheesecakes in the best possible condition and at the earliest possible date. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout, and the brand ships on Monday and Tuesday mornings. Customers will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link when their order ships. However, the brand cannot provide refunds or replacement orders for packages that are left out and unattended after delivery, and therefore spoil, for any reason. Wonder Monday uses double-thickness insulated liners, industry-leading performance gel packs, deep freezer preparation, expedited shipping services, and efficient package transfer from their facility to their carriers to ensure safe transit of fresh food. The brand is unable to provide refunds or replacements for shipments delayed for factors outside their control, such as inclement weather, COVID-related logistics issues, high package volume, mechanical errors, local carrier mis-scans, general carrier delays, inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and address closed. Wonder Monday does not ship to P.O. Box addresses and cannot provide a refund for packages that are stolen or missing after delivery. The brand ships to Alaska and Hawaii with an extra shipping fee at checkout due to the significantly higher cost of shipping outside of the contiguous US, and shipments to these states can be delayed. During summer months, the brand packs their shipments with additional refrigerant, but if the local delivery area has temperatures above 95F, melting may occur, and the cheesecake snacks may arrive warm. Wonder Monday is unable to provide a replacement shipment or refund in these cases.

Wonder Monday's Return Policy

Wonder Monday does not accept returns due to the perishable nature of their products. This is because they never sell opened food products to other customers and their products are designed for one-way transit.
