Standard shipping is free for orders over $50 and costs $6.99 USD for orders under $50. This option takes 3-6 business days to arrive. Express shipping costs $3.99 USD for orders over $50 and $9.99 USD for orders under $50, and takes 3-4 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping costs $14.99 USD for orders over $50 and $21.99 USD for orders under $50, and takes 2 business days to arrive. Overnight/Next Business Day shipping costs $21.99 USD for orders over $50 and $26.99 USD for orders under $50, and takes 1 business day to arrive. Orders placed after 2PM PT, Mon-Fri, will ship the following business day. Princess Polly does not offer international shipping at this time.
Princess Polly has a 30-day return policy. Customers who wish to return an item must allow at least 6 business days for the return to be processed by the team. To ensure safety standards, returned items will be quarantined at the shipping facility for 3 days before processing. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 7 business days, depending on the bank's clearance times.
