They use multiple carriers depending on the location of the customer, and orders may arrive in multiple boxes if ordering bulk snacks. Standard shipping within the US is through UPS and USPS, while for some US territories and protectorates, including military (APO/FPO/DPO), they ship through USPS Priority. For Canadian addresses, they ship through Landmark Global who then decides how to get the order the soonest. They work with several Canadian carriers with the majority of orders being shipped through Canada Post. All orders delivered to US addresses over $40 qualify for free shipping, while orders below the threshold have a flat $7.95 shipping fee including shipping to addresses outside the continental US (Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, Canada, and Military Addresses). Naturebox also offers expedited shipping for orders shipping within the continental US, with an added fee of $14.95 for orders over $40 and $19.95 for orders under $40.
