Muddy Bites was founded in Le Mars, Iowa in 2019 by college friends Jarod and Tyler. Growing up in the ice cream capital of the world, they were no strangers to the joy of eating sundae cones. However, they noticed that the best part - the chocolate-filled bottom - was always left behind. So, they had a lightbulb moment and created Muddy Bites, a snack that features the delicious bottom of a sundae cone. Muddy Bites is proud to be GMO-free and Kosher certified, ensuring that customers can enjoy their snack without any worries.

Muddy Bites ships orders within 48 hours of purchase, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Shipping is done Monday through Friday, and USPS is used for most orders, while FedEx or UPS is used for larger orders. The brand does not ship on national holidays. Unfortunately, Muddy Bites does not ship internationally at this time. Shipping within the United States typically takes 3-5 business days, and customers will receive a tracking number once their order is shipped. If customers have any questions or concerns about shipping, they can reach out to Muddy Bites' customer support team with their order number via email.

Muddy Bites does not offer returns due to the nature of their product. Refunds or cancellations are not available after 24 hours, and if the order has already been shipped within that time frame, a refund or cancellation is not valid. However, if the product arrives damaged or torn, Muddy Bites will replace the order at no charge as long as the customer provides proof of the damage. Subscription services cannot be canceled until at least one shipment has been delivered, and after that, customers can cancel at any time by emailing support@muddybites.com with their order number. If a customer is approved for a refund within the 24-hour window, the refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment in 5-10 business days. Muddy Bites does not offer any returns or cancellations for subscription services after the initial 24-hour window.
