Mori offers free standard US shipping on orders over $100. For orders below $100, the standard shipping fee is $8.95. Orders take up to 48 working hours to dispatch, while personalized products can take up to 5 business days to dispatch. The brand also offers express shipping for $25, which guarantees same-day processing for orders placed before 2pm. Standard shipping time varies depending on the location, while express shipping takes 2 business days for orders placed before 2pm.
Mori return policy
30-day return window
Mori has a 30-day return policy for items in perfect saleable condition with tags attached. Returns costs are calculated by the chosen courier and will be deducted from the refund. The brand can only accept back whole items, and sets or multipacks are considered one and cannot be partially returned. Underwear, face masks, personalized products (unless a manufacturing fault) cannot be returned or exchanged. Once received by the warehouse, returned items are processed within 10-15 working days. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Customers must obtain proof of postage for their return package. If an item was a gift, a gift card will be issued for the value paid.
