Palorama offers free domestic ground shipping for orders over $70 and a flat rate of $8.75 for all other orders within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends or public holidays. Overnight delivery is also available for a fee of $30.00, but orders must be received before noon EST to be shipped within 1 business day and are not eligible for weekend delivery. Palorama does not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. The brand currently ships within the USA only.

Palorama's return policy states that they do not accept returns unless an item is defective or damaged. If a customer receives a defective or damaged item, they must contact Palorama at hello@paloroma.com within 14 days to be eligible for an exchange. The item must be sent back unopened and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
