ONEFOLD's shipping policy states that orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, with shipping occurring Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will ship the following Monday. UPS is the preferred courier for all orders, and P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses cannot be shipped to. International shipments are also available through UPS Worldwide, with duties and taxes not included in the total at checkout. Customers are responsible for paying any fees collected at the time of delivery. ONEFOLD is not responsible for any shipping issues caused by an invalid or outdated address, natural occurrences, weather delays, ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from the US carrier to the local carrier in the destination country.

ONEFOLD allows all items to be returned in unused and unworn condition with original tags and packaging within 7 business days from the day the customer receives the item(s). Incomplete, damaged, worn, or altered items will not be accepted. ONEFOLD reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet their return policy requirements. The company only accepts exchanges on the same style for a different size or color, and customers are responsible for returning the item and for return shipping charges if they want a refund for their item in the original form of payment. ONEFOLD does not accept and will not process international returns or exchanges, and all international purchases are FINAL sale.
