Moju delivers to most residential and business addresses across the UK, except for some parts of Aberdeen, Northern Ireland, Eire (Republic of Ireland), Argyll, Glasgow, Guernsey, Northern Highlands, Isle of Man, Arran, Dundee, and Orkney Shetland. The brand does not currently ship internationally. Orders are delivered Tuesday to Friday, and if an order is placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday, it should be delivered within 48 hours. However, if an order is placed after 12pm Thursday, it will be delivered the following Tuesday. For orders below £35, the standard shipping cost is £4.95, and for orders above £35, shipping is free of charge.
Moju's return policy states that they do not accept returns as their products are perishable. However, if a customer has an issue with their order, they can contact the company.
