For domestic shipping, MandySkin offers free shipping to Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland for orders over €40. The shipping time for these countries ranges from 2-3 working days to 3-7 working days, depending on the location. The carriers used for domestic shipping are DHL, Bring, and Posti. For international shipping, MandySkin also offers free shipping for orders over €40, with a shipping time of 7-10 working days. The carrier used for international shipping is DHL.
MandySkin has a return policy that allows customers to return their purchased items within 30 days of the original purchase. However, it is important to note that if 30 days have passed since the purchase, the company will not be able to offer a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received and must be packed in its original packaging with the seals unbroken.
To initiate a return, customers are required to contact the company with their order number and provide an image of the product in its original packaging. Once the package has been returned and inspected, the customer will receive an email confirming the receipt of the package and whether the refund request has been approved or declined. If the refund is approved, the customer will receive a refund to their original payment method within 7 business days.
