Joolies's Shipping Policy

Joolies offers free shipping for all orders over $35, while a standard shipping charge of $4.95 is applied to orders below that amount. The dates are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS), and most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. However, due to the current situation, some orders may be delayed. Joolies uses Amazon to fulfill their orders, which ensures prompt and efficient delivery. Customers who prefer not to receive their orders through Amazon can purchase Joolies dates in a store near them. Currently, Joolies is only able to ship to addresses within the United States at this time.

Joolies's Return Policy

Joolies accepts returns for unused items in their original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase. Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned. Gift cards and downloadable software products are also non-returnable. Partial refunds may be granted for items that show signs of use or are returned more than 30 days after delivery. Regular priced items may be refunded, but sale items cannot. To initiate a return, customers should mail their product to Joolies LLC at the provided address. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Joolies will notify customers by email of the approval or rejection of their refund, and refunds will be processed within a certain amount of days.
