Horizn Studios offers shipping to almost every country in the world, with free shipping for luggage and orders starting at €150 within the EU and £150 within the UK. For all other orders within the EU, a flat shipping rate of €5 applies, while for the UK, a flat shipping rate of £20 applies. Shipping costs for delivery outside the EU/UK are calculated based on weight and the destination country, with exact costs shown at checkout. Standard shipping within the EU/UK takes 2 to 6 working days, while outside the EU/UK shipping takes 6 to 8 working days. The brand also offers customised HORIZN ID luggage, which will be built and shipped within 10 working days.

Horizn Studios allows customers to return all products within 15 days of purchase without giving any reasons. The products must be unused and undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Personalized items, such as Horizn ID, cannot be returned or exchanged. If a customer wishes to return a personalized luggage tag, the cost of the tag and monogramming will be deducted from the refund. Limited Edition items cannot be returned based on signs of wear or loss of print color. If a customer purchased a set and wishes to return only one item, the price difference between the full-priced item and the discount will be deducted from the refund. The return fee is £5 for items returned from the EU and UK. Refunds will be provided within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, minus shipping and return costs. If the purchase was made using a Horizn Studios Gift Card, store credit will be issued for a future purchase.
