Hitch offers free UPS Ground shipping within the United States for retail orders over $85, with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. Territories, and military addresses. International orders are shipped using optimized carriers, with rates and options calculated at checkout. Shipping times vary by country and cannot be determined until the order is placed. Hitch ships to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia, and does not ship to P.O. boxes for domestic or international orders. For US and Canada orders, Hitch fulfills from its 3PL partner's warehouses across the US, while for other international orders, Hitch fulfills from its 3PL partner's warehouses in Shenzhen. In cases where inventory runs out on a product at one location, Hitch may split ship the order from another warehouse.

Hitch offers a 15-day return policy for items purchased directly from carryhitch.com. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, and accessories are not eligible for return. International orders are not eligible for returns. The cost of shipping plus a $2 restocking fee per item will be deducted from the refund, and returns are not free. If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 days and credited to the original method of payment. Customers should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over $75, as Hitch is not responsible for items lost in transit. Hitch does not accept returns for products purchased through crowdfunding campaigns, and items purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
