Year & Day offers UPS Ground as the default shipping method for orders, which takes between 5-7 business days. Customers can choose to upgrade to UPS Express (2-3 days) shipping at checkout. Orders take up to 2 business days for processing. Free UPS Ground shipping is available for orders over $150 within the contiguous U.S, while orders under $150 incur a shipping cost of $10. The brand does not offer overnight shipping at this time, and only ships to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. For orders over $200, a signature is required upon delivery. Customers can track their shipment status through their account on the website and receive email notifications with updates. The brand's packaging includes biodegradable packing peanuts made from starch and recyclable cardboard boxes and paper inserts. In case of any damaged goods, customers can send a picture to support@yearandday.com for a replacement.

Year & Day accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. Customers must email support@yearandday.com to request a shipping label. There is a $10 restocking fee for returns. Candles must be in their original packaging, and unused napkins and paper goods in their original packaging may be returned.
