Halfdays offers a standard shipping option for orders $75 and up, which is sent via FedEx Ground and takes approximately 5-7 business days for delivery. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout, with faster shipping for $30 (2-3 business days) and fastest shipping for $65 (1-2 business days). Please note that processing and shipping times may vary during high-volume seasons and holidays. Halfdays currently ships within the US and Canada, with a flat fee of $15 for standard shipping to Canada. Shipments to Canada are delivered duty unpaid, which means that customers are responsible for paying any customs charges, duties, or taxes in the destination country.

Halfdays offers a return policy for their products. Items can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment or exchanged within 15 days of receiving the order, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags still attached. If a return is not shipped back within the allotted time, it will expire and no longer be eligible to be returned. The company does not accept returns that show signs of wear or have makeup, odors, deodorant, stains, or hair on them. International return shipping will be deducted from the refund and the company does not refund any duties or taxes paid. The refund is issued in the currency the order was originally placed in.
