Grind’s Shipping Policy
Grind offers free delivery for all subscription orders in the UK, EU, and USA. For one-off purchases, free delivery is available for orders over £20. The brand currently ships to these three regions only, but is working to expand its delivery options. All international shipping costs are calculated at checkout, while subscription orders are shipped for free. The brand does not accept PO box numbers and can only deliver to physical street addresses.
Grind’s Return Policy
Grind accepts the return of non-coffee products and pods within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in perfect condition, unopened, and in their original packaging. The customer must cover all return costs, and the company reserves the right to withhold any refund at any time. Whole Bean and Ground coffee products cannot be returned unless they were delivered incorrectly or damaged in transit due to their perishable nature.
