Goldilocks offers free shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Standard shipping takes 8-10 business days via UPS Ground or SurePost. Expedited shipping is available for $30 and takes 2-3 business days via UPS Next Day Air. Sales tax is collected for orders shipped to New York and New Jersey. Unfortunately, Goldilocks cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses at this time. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is available for a fee of $45 and $35 respectively. International shipping is not currently available, but customers can send an email to Goldilocks to be notified when it becomes available.

Goldilocks has a return policy that lasts for 30 days. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Perishable goods and intimate or sanitary goods cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is over $75, the customer should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The brand does not accept returns for items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to their error, or items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery. If a customer needs to exchange a defective or damaged item, they must send an email to Goldilocks.
