Evvy offers a refund for their Services (Kits) within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase, including shipping, handling, and tax. If a refund is requested within fourteen (14) days of purchase and the Sample is not returned, a $25 processing fee will apply, and shipping, handling, and tax will not be refunded. To request a refund, customers must send a request to Evvy Customer Service via email. Refunds for requests received within fourteen (14) days of purchase will be issued within forty-five (45) days of the request.
