Additionally, orders of $75 or more receive free shipping. For international orders, Everlane offers Standard Shipping for $10 and Express Shipping for $25-50. Standard Shipping takes 7-14 business days worldwide, or 12-18 business days if you live in China. Express Shipping takes 2-3 business days to Canada and 3-5 business days everywhere else. Orders of $120 or more for Standard Shipping and $200 or more for Express Shipping receive free shipping. All necessary duties and taxes are collected at the time of purchase.

Everlane accepts returns within 30 days from the date of purchase as long as the item is unwashed and unworn and includes any original packaging, including all tags and shoe boxes (when applicable). Original shipping costs and duties are non-refundable, and Final Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable. Handling fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable through Everlane, except for orders shipped to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the UK. US-based customers can exchange for in-stock items within 30 days of shipment. Everlane partnered with Happy Returns to allow in-person returns in their US locations. Unfortunately, the company is not exchanging any international orders. It typically takes 3-5 business days for the company to process a return.
