De Lune shipping policy
De Lune processes orders within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving the order confirmation email. Customers will receive a notification when the order has shipped, which will include a tracking number. Shipping charges for domestic orders are calculated and displayed at checkout. Unfortunately, De Lune does not currently offer international shipping.
De Lune return policy
60-day return window
De Lune offers a refund policy for customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. The refund policy lasts for 60 days from the date of purchase, allowing customers to use De Lune for a full cycle.
