Brooklyn Biltong only ships to the Continental United States and processes orders within 48 hours. Orders are delivered between 5-7 business days and are shipped using USPS. Backorders are cancelled unless the brand is notified. Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. The brand recommends using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
