Aurate's orders take 1-2 business days to be processed after being placed. For domestic orders within the US, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders have varying shipping times between 2-8 business days, depending on the destination and preferred duties and taxes payment method.
Aurate offers a 30-day return policy for both in-stock and made-to-order items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Customers can initiate a return by visiting the Returns Portal, where they will receive a free return shipping label. Refunds are typically processed within 10-15 business days, and may take an additional 2-10 business days to post to the customer's account depending on their credit card. International returns are also accepted, but customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and Aurate is unable to refund any Duties and Taxes.
