Mejuri's shipping policy states that the indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). The delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer's end. If the order consists of in-stock, shipping later and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change. The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts, and non-refundable. Deliveries outside of the US, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and Germany may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Mejuri cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. However, Mejuri is not able to reimburse customers for duties and taxes paid upon delivery. It should be noted that orders shipping to Canadian addresses may experience a delay due to extreme weather conditions. Additionally, if the estimated dispatch dates are more than 7 days apart (Canada and US only), the order may be split.

Mejuri offers a free 30-day return policy for customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany. However, shipping fees are non-refundable and a return shipping fee of $20 is charged for returns shipped from the EU and $30 for all other countries. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage and returned by mail in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included). Engraved and monogrammed products, earrings used to pierce during a piercing appointment, and gift cards are non-returnable. No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set. Customers can return their purchases online and in-store.

Aurate offers a 30-day return policy for both in-stock and made-to-order items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Customers can initiate a return by visiting the Returns Portal, where they will receive a free return shipping label. Refunds are typically processed within 10-15 business days, and may take an additional 2-10 business days to post to the customer's account depending on their credit card. International returns are also accepted, but customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and Aurate is unable to refund any Duties and Taxes.
