Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $35, with PO Boxes costing $75. Standard shipping time to US metro areas is 2-7 days, with eBooks not counting towards free shipping. Almond Cow is not responsible for any delays on expedited packages. For international orders, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and import fees.

Almond Cow offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for the Almond Cow machine, Almond Cow Starter Set, Almond Cow Pro, and Almond Cow Recipe Book. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery fees and any packaging materials are non-refundable. Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be considered for a refund. The company cannot accept returns on items purchased from a third party. Glass Milk Jug/Bottles, Jug Brush, Jug Caps/Bottle Lids, and Coffee are final sale items and cannot be returned.
