Nomatic's shipping policy Vs. Away's Shipping Policy
Nomatic's shipping policy
Nomatic's shipping policy offers free shipping for US continental orders over $149. However, for orders under $149 or outside of the continental US, all shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on location. It is important to note that regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout, it can take 1-3 business days to process orders. During holiday sales and promotions, orders may take up to 3-5 business days for the warehouse to process and ship the order.
Away ships to Canada, the US, and the UK, with plans to expand worldwide. In the US and Canada, Away offers free shipping, with the exception of P.O. boxes. Shipping costs range between $15-$50 depending on the method and what is purchased. Orders ship from Away's warehouse in 1 business day, and free shipping arrives within 1-7 business days, depending on location. Personalized items take longer for delivery. Items are not shipped on weekends or national holidays. For customers outside of the US, Canada, and the UK, they can tweet @away or send an email to [email protected] to let Away know they would like their country on their radar.
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. An optional paid add-on called Hassle-Free Returns, Exchanges & Package Protection covers free return shipping and protection against loss, damage, theft, and carrier errors; without it, you cover return shipping costs yourself.
Away offers a 100-day return policy for products that do not meet customer needs. Customers should fill out the online form to begin the return process. Shipping fees for returns from Canada are not covered by Away. Personalized items, however, cannot be returned or exchanged and the 100-day trial does not apply. Exchange items are subject to the remainder of the 100-day period. To make a return, customers should fill out the form on the returns page and the Away team will provide the next steps. Shipping fees are non-refundable and the company does not provide a timeline for processing returns.
