Nomatic's shipping policy offers free shipping for US continental orders over $149. However, for orders under $149 or outside of the continental US, all shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on location. It is important to note that regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout, it can take 1-3 business days to process orders. During holiday sales and promotions, orders may take up to 3-5 business days for the warehouse to process and ship the order.

Peak Design offers shipping services for both domestic and international orders. For U.S orders, the products are shipped from their warehouse near Los Angeles and are sent via USPS 1st Class, USPS Priority, or FedEx Ground. The specific service is automatically chosen by their system depending on the size and weight of the order. On the other hand, international orders are shipped from one of their six global warehouses in Los Angeles, Toronto, London, Tilburg, Hong Kong, and Sydney. The system automatically chooses the closest warehouse and the fastest standard/ground service available. However, prior to shipping, they cannot guarantee which shipping service or warehouse will be used. Peak Design does not offer free shipping to everybody or shipping discounts to international customers who place big orders.

Nomatic offers a standard return and exchange policy that allows customers to return or exchange their item within 30 days of receiving it for any reason. To be eligible for a return or exchange, customers must provide proof of purchase and ensure that the packaging and hang tags are intact. Please note that all returns will be subject to a one-time shipping and handling fee.

Peak Design has a straightforward return policy for both domestic and international orders. Domestic returns are facilitated through Happy Returns, which incurs a flat $8 shipping fee per return label generated. Customers can choose to exchange their product or receive store credit, which will be sent as an eGift card. International returns are also facilitated through Happy Returns, but customers are responsible for shipping fees through the discounted prepaid label option or paying for postage in full with the carrier of their choosing. Customers have the option to exchange their product or receive store credit. Return credits or refunds will be initiated as soon as the return is received and verified at the returns processing facility, which may take 1-2 weeks to complete.
