Bella + Frank offers worldwide shipping for their orders. They guarantee that orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order or the next working day. Tracking information will be sent out upon dispatch of every order. Standard delivery for orders worldwide takes 3-5 working days. However, factors outside of their control such as extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, and others may affect delivery times. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. For Europe, the shipping cost is £5, while for North America & Asia, it is £25, and for the rest of the world, it is £35.

Bella + Frank only accepts returns made within 14 days of the delivery date for any unsuitable item(s). All returned items must be in the same condition as they were received, with the original tags and must not be washed, damaged, or stained. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund or credit amount, and refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the item(s). It takes 14 days for the refund to be processed, or 14 days for the credit voucher to be issued in the case of an exchange. Refunds are processed via the original payment method, excluding the cost of return.
