Wanderlust + Co ships orders to the address provided at checkout, except for PO Boxes or military addresses. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and commence from the date of dispatch. Customers will receive a notification email with tracking details. The brand ships via FedEx, except for certain countries. Pre-order items are sold out bestsellers that are being re-ordered and will be shipped altogether when back in stock. Wanderlust + Co is not responsible for delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, or lost items in transit. Customers may be charged for duties, taxes, surcharges, and handling/storage fees imposed by their country or courier. The brand has no control over these charges and advises customers to contact their local customs office for current import charges before ordering.

Wanderlust + Co has a strict return policy that does not allow returns or exchanges for change of mind, earrings due to hygiene purposes, sets containing earrings, final sale items, chain breakage, damaged and tarnished products, personalization, and apparel. All items purchased are not refundable. If a customer receives a wrong or defective item, they must contact the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Refunds can only be issued via store credit, and it may take up to 10 business days to process the return. Returned products must be unworn, unsoiled, and in their original condition and packaging. Products that are damaged through improper handling are not eligible for a refund or exchange. A restocking fee per unit and shipping costs apply, and the cost of the return parcel will be borne by the customer. For items purchased from Wanderlust + Co stores, they must be returned to the respective outlet with the original receipt and products in their original condition within 7 days. Wanderlust + Co cannot be responsible for any lost packages that they do not ship, and lost parcels will not be eligible for a store credit/return/exchange.
