VIDA’s Return Policy

VIDA has a unique approach to manufacturing products that are custom-made, made-to-order, and hand-finished to reduce waste and be mindful of the environment. If a product does not meet the quality standards and specifications on the website, VIDA will replace the item at no additional cost. However, the brand does not accept returns or order cancellations after it has started the production process, which is from one hour after order placement. All facemasks and other PPE items are non-returnable and non-refundable. For artist-print products, if a customer finds any misprints, damages, or defects in the item, VIDA will reproduce the item at no cost to the customer. Requests for replacements must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. VIDA does not accept returns and refund requests for artist-made products. For PPE products that are in stock, face masks are personal use items and cannot be returned for safety reasons. VIDA will send a one-time replacement at no cost for up to three months from the day it was delivered if the customer finds damages or defects in the face mask. VIDA encourages customers to gift or donate their original items instead of returning them to reduce waste.
