Economy Ground shipping is available for $10.00 and takes 4-9 business days for delivery within the contiguous 48 states, while Standard Ground shipping costs $12.00 and takes 7-10 business days for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Expedited and Express shipping options are also available for faster delivery, with prices ranging from $20.00 to $30.00. Orders shipping to an APO/FPO military address can only be shipped via USPS Standard and cannot be expedited. Vera Bradley does not offer shipping to DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) mail addresses. All expedited orders require a correct street address for delivery. Customers will not be charged until the order is shipped.
Vera Bradley offers a 60-day return policy for new or unused products. Customers can return items online or in-store with the original receipt or packing slip. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment or an Electronic Gift Certificate (EGC), which can be used online or in Vera Bradley retail stores. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip, and the actual refund amount is subject to item discounts, tax, and item condition.
