Urth offers free standard shipping within the Americas for all purchases. For customers in the USA, standard shipping takes 2-5 days while express shipping takes 1-3 days. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii can expect standard shipping to take 4-7 days. For customers in Singapore, standard shipping takes 3-5 days while express shipping takes 1-2 days. For the rest of the world, standard shipping takes 11-22 days. Please note that unforeseeable delays may occur if an order is held in customs awaiting clearance. Free shipping is also available for Urth Art prints, which take 14-21 business days to arrive.

Urth offers a hassle-free return policy for its customers. To initiate a return, customers must visit the returns center and enter their order number and email address. Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase in unused and resellable condition with all tags intact and in the original packaging. Art, gift cards, and discounted items cannot be returned. If an item is faulty, customers must contact Urth within 7 days of delivery.
