For domestic orders, The Last Line processes orders within 2 business days and provides a tracking number in email confirmations. Orders over $750 receive FedEx 2 Day shipping, while orders under $750 receive USPS Priority shipping, with a 3-5 business day delivery window. All packages require a signature upon arrival. International orders do not have any estimated delivery times listed on the website.
The Last Line offers an exchange policy for customers who are not satisfied with their purchase within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are only available within 24 hours of ordering, and any item returned after that period will receive store credit only. To return an item, customers should email [email protected] and wait to receive an authorization number. Customers must then mark the package as "return" when filling out the invoice, pack it up and ship it back, and keep a close eye on the tracking details. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items such as sale items, jewelry, and undergarments are not eligible for return.
