Customers can also choose to split their order and ship to multiple addresses for an additional fee. However, this option is not available for orders with subscription items. Effective July 25, 2022, USPS will not be shipping orders to certain countries due to suspensions of guaranteed delivery dates, leading to longer than normal shipping times. Tea Drops has employees remotely located throughout the United States, and their products can be found in stores nationwide or ordered directly through their website.

Tea Drops's Return Policy

Tea Drops has a strict policy when it comes to returns and exchanges due to health code regulations. As a perishable food item, Tea Drops cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if the order was damaged during transit or if the customer received the wrong order, they can contact the company within 30 days of purchase to request a replacement. If the customer entered incorrect information when creating the order and it was not received, the company cannot replace the shipment.
