Studs offers free standard ground shipping within the US and its territories for orders that are $75 or more after discounts and before tax and shipping charges are applied. Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. All orders are shipped from their warehouse in New Jersey and orders placed before 12pm EST usually ship the same day. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive after being shipped. Unfortunately, Studs currently only ships within the US and its territories.

Studs offers a return or exchange policy for their fashion jewelry within 21 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, customers can do so online or by visiting one of their Studios. The returned item must be unworn, undamaged, in its original condition, and in all original packaging. Piercing jewelry, items marked as final sale, and free gifts or promotional items with retail value are excluded from the return policy.
