Soko’s Shipping Policy
Soko is currently only shipping within Malaysia, but has plans to expand in the future. Deliveries to West Malaysia typically take 3-5 business days, while deliveries to East Malaysia can take 5-7+ business days. Unfortunately, customers cannot edit delivery information once an order is placed, but Soko can make changes to certain details as long as the package has not been picked up by the delivery partner.
Soko’s Return Policy
Soko offers a 14-day return policy from the delivery date for unused, unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached. Returns for store credit are free, but customers returning items for cash refunds are responsible for the shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund. The company reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with their policy, and denied returns will be shipped back to the customer. Final sale items such as the bra wash bag are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
