Singular Society offers free returns for eligible items. To return an item, customers must fill out a return form and include it with the item in its original packaging. The return process varies depending on the shipping method used. Customers can schedule a pickup or drop off the parcel at a designated service point. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
