Singular Society's Return Policy

Singular Society offers free returns for eligible items. To return an item, customers must fill out a return form and include it with the item in its original packaging. The return process varies depending on the shipping method used. Customers can schedule a pickup or drop off the parcel at a designated service point. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Exchanges can be made by returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the new item. Some items, such as hygiene products, made-to-order items, food and beverage, and underwear, cannot be returned. If an item is defective, customers must notify Singular Society immediately, and depending on the situation, the company will either send a replacement or issue a refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
