Simply Framed offers domestic flat rate shipping for orders within the contiguous United States. Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of the package and the shipping destination. The brand uses FedEx for Print & Frame, Mail-in, and Frame Only orders, while FedEx Freight Direct is used for oversized products. The cost of freight shipments begins at $450, and the brand partners with FedEx Freight Direct to offer the best price. Simply Framed insures each freight shipment for the total amount of the artwork, frame, and shipping fees. For international shipping, rates are dynamic and based on the recipient's zip code, size, and weight of the package. The brand does not offer mail-in materials for art shipping from any international, Hawaiian, or Alaskan address. Simply Framed is not liable for any damage or loss that may happen during international shipping and will not provide a replacement to the recipient. The recipient has the right to complete a basic inspection of the condition of items upon delivery and prior to signing the proof of delivery. Any package carrying artwork using a Simply Framed shipping or return label is insured for a base amount of $100.00 through FedEx.

Simply Framed has a strict no returns or exchanges policy. All orders are custom-made to order and sales are final. The company does offer samples to customers who are unsure of which frame moulding to choose. If an order is lost, stolen, or damaged, customers must email Simply Framed with their order number within 14 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. Orders reported lost or stolen outside of the 14 days, or without photographic evidence of the damage and packaging materials, will not qualify for replacement or reimbursement. It is important to note that Simply Framed does not accept any returns or exchanges.
