Yellowpop offers free worldwide shipping for orders over $50, with the exception of some Islands or difficult access territories which may incur extra charges. Deliveries are carried out by logistics partners DHL Express, Fedex, and UPS, and are insured against theft and accidental damage. Please note that Yellowpop cannot deliver to PO boxes, and customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Most orders are custom-made and take 2 to 4 weeks to produce and deliver, with an express delivery option available for an extra charge. Shipping costs may vary depending on the form and size of the neon installation.

Yellowpop has specific return policies for their wallpaper and neon products. Samples and sample packs for wallpaper are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Wallpaper rolls can only be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order and are final sale after that. If there is a manufacturing defect with the wallpaper, the Buyer has 30 days to return or exchange the unused product with the backing release liner still intact. For neons, custom order products cannot be refunded or returned. If the neon arrives damaged, the Buyer must notify the delivery agent and Yellowpop within 24 hours with photographic evidence. The Buyer must inspect the Goods upon delivery and notify Yellowpop of any defects or damage within 48 hours. Installations from Yellowpop's own product line can be returned within 14 days if they have not been opened or damaged. Custom products and limited edition installations cannot be refunded.
