Historly offers worldwide shipping for their products, with delivery times varying depending on the location. For posters, the delivery time within the Nordic region is approximately 1-3 working days, while within the rest of Europe it takes 2-5 working days. For other parts of the world, the delivery time is around 3-8 working days. As for canvas paintings, they are handcrafted in their factory in Sweden, which requires additional time for drying and stretching on a wooden frame. Therefore, the delivery time for canvas paintings is approximately 7 working days within the Nordic countries and slightly longer to other countries. The best part is that shipping is completely free, making it even more convenient for customers to receive their orders.

Historly offers a 30-day open purchase policy on posters and frames. However, canvas paintings cannot be returned as they are made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold. Frames that have been ordered with a framing service are also non-returnable. In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which are SEK 69, except for 100x140 frames which cost SEK 400 due to their size. The returned item must be in undamaged original packaging and in salable new condition. The right of exchange and return cannot be used if the product is specially adapted.
