Levity products do not ship to Canada or the U.S. Territories. Express shipping is available within the U.S. and Canada on select products for an additional cost. Ruggable offers a 30-day return and exchange policy for all products purchased from their website. Customers can return items for a full refund, minus a processing fee per item or box, as applicable. Levity Dining Tables have a higher return fee due to their irregular box size, and must be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage. To receive a full refund, items must be in new condition and free from pet dander, dirt, wear, and damage. Chairs must be disassembled, and all returned items are inspected thoroughly. Customers residing outside the US are responsible for obtaining and paying for their own return shipping labels. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Classic Lounge Chair returns may have exceptions.
