Shinesty offers free domestic shipping for subscribed customers. Domestic orders can be shipped as fast as one business day through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Overnight shipping is also available for orders placed before 12pm MST. For international orders, Shinesty ships to 194 countries worldwide via Fedex International. Duties and taxes are included in the payment for international orders. International orders take approximately 4-6 business days to arrive. Unfortunately, deliveries to international PO boxes are not available.

Shinesty has a self-service returns and exchanges portal available for customers to quickly process their returns or exchanges. To initiate a return, customers should have their order number and shipping zip code ready. Items are eligible for return or exchange if they are postmarked within 30 days of their marked delivery date, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have all tags, including Shinesty hangtags attached. However, all underwear being returned will receive store credit even if they are unworn and in the packaging due to sanitary reasons. Damaged/worn items, returns received after 30 days, free gifts or promotional items, new items with missing/damaged packaging, shipping charges, import or VAT charges, and mystery items are ineligible for return or exchange. Customers returning items from multiple orders should submit a return request for each order and pack them in separate packages.
