The return shipping cost is paid for by the customer, except in cases where the order was incorrect or faulty. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 bank days after the return has been delivered to the warehouse. There are restrictions on returns, such as the goods being returned in the same condition and quantity as when received, and unused other than for trying on for fit.
