Sanzo offers domestic ground shipping for all their products within the continental US. The delivery time for ground shipping is usually between 4-7 business days once the order is processed. Customers can also choose an expedited shipping service for select products.

Sanzo allows customers to request a refund of up to one (1) 12-pack case within 30 days of purchase if they are not satisfied with their product. To request a refund, customers must email hello@drinksanzo.com. Before requesting a refund, Sanzo recommends that customers refrigerate their drink for at least 4 hours or pour it over ice, as it is best enjoyed chilled.
