Ridge Wallet offers fast and efficient shipping for all orders. Once an order is placed, it will be scheduled for shipment within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Even Express orders will be processed within this timeframe. However, orders placed after 11AM PST on Fridays may not be processed until the following Monday morning. Once an order is processed for shipment, customers will receive an automated shipping notification with tracking information. If the tracking email is not received within 3 business days, customers are advised to check their Spam and/or Promotions folders. The shipping services offered by Ridge Wallet are subject to change based on carrier reliability, especially in cases of extreme weather delays or high package volume. For international orders, customers should be aware that there may be additional local taxes, customs, and duties fees. In terms of military addresses, orders shipping to an APO, FPO, or DPO address should be placed on the US site and will be treated as domestic orders for shipping purposes. However, they may be treated as international orders when it comes to returns.

Within 99 days of the original purchase, customers can return their order to the Ridge Wallet warehouse for a refund or exchange.
