Orders are processed every morning at 6:00 am and roasted and dispatched on the next working day. Delivery times for Royal Mail 1st Class are 1-2 days, while Royal Mail 2nd Class takes 2-3 days. Parcels over 4 kg are sometimes sent via Parcel Force. Shipping charges for parcels up to 4 kg are calculated during checkout. Coffee machines and grinders have quoted postage and packaging prices. International shipping is currently suspended, and free samples may be included in deliveries upon request.
Rave Coffee allows customers to return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund if they are unsuitable. The provided goods must be in perfect, unused, and complete condition in their unopened original packaging.
