Rally's Shipping Policy

Rally ships out orders between Monday to Friday and customers will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped. Deliveries also take place between Monday to Friday with delivery hours between 8am to 5pm. During busy periods, deliveries may occur outside of these hours.

Rally's Return Policy

Rally offers a 30-day return policy for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Customers must provide the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, customers can contact Rally at hello@drinkrally.ca. If the return is accepted, Rally will provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately upon receipt. Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for returns. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once Rally has received and inspected the return. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the customer's bank or credit card company.
