Wine Awesomeness ships orders within 2 to 3 business days, with an additional 1 to 5 business days for delivery depending on the customer's state. Shipping is free for orders over $150, and the cost is calculated based on weight and destination for orders under that amount. Customers can also choose to have their orders held at a FedEx Office or participating store at no charge. Wine club members have a free delivery option for extra orders outside of club shipments, which is called "No-Rush Delivery" and consolidates the order with the next club shipment.
Wine Awesomeness allows customers to request returns by contacting support@wineawesomeness.com. However, orders returned to the company may be subject to a restocking fee of $20, which will be deducted from any refund issued upon return shipment. In addition, Wine Awesomeness reserves the right to charge an extra $10 fee for any re-shipped orders requested by the customer.
